Day light *******

I cancelled my contract over a two year ago (CRM no: *** - ***) which was at Brooklyn offices due to affordability. I notified their office via an email but they continued to charge my account as if there was an automatic renewal. I again advised them that I did not extend and not willing to extend my contract but that fell on deaf ears. My account was handed over to MBD who are a thorn in the butt.

I wrote to MBD to explain the problem but there were not willing to help and continued to harrass me. They will call you and when you answer their phones, it drops and they charge you for that. They are really transactionally orientated and not customer centricity at all. They dont even answer their calls.

Regus accounts help desk is worse because their phone does not even ring., when you ask they tell you their line are experiencing problems or their lines are too busy while charging interest into our accounts to make the bill higher which results to more profits and higher commission for the consultant. Bad business practices indeed

I also contacted Regus accounts helpdesk via an email and engaged a consultant by the name of Gisela A @ IWQPLC.COM. The embarrasing response i got from her was that of a representative of a guine profit orietated organization which was that they cannot help with this matter. however they will address it internally but will not receive any feedback or progress update. The account issue is not their baby, I must engage the debt collector. I dont Know what makes me to have a relationship with the debt collector MBD because i dont have any contract with them. But they just wanted me pay the amount of which is currently about +- R18 000. 00. I told them that this is because of inefficiency of their admin personnel who did not cancel the contract as requested.

This is the type of brand experience we receive from two joint bulling companies. They new that we hardly keep records when we have settled the accounts, especially in my case which is over two years and they still ask for proof of payment...unfortunately I dont have an archive. Just wonder what is the common denominator between the two companies bulling companies except locking us into contracts that we no longer want but forced down our throat. If you refuse you get blacklisted and they know that will ruin your furniture.

I wish the two companies could review their income generating strategy and focus on the one which is customer cintric strategy that will help them to gain customer long term value.

"BRAND HATE" is the solution for these two bullies
