Contracts for you but not for me

Do not deal with Regus. They will suck you dry with hidden costs, throw contracts in your and when the time comes for them to live up to their contractual obligations they will scoff at you and tell you this is just company policy. Example when requesting the retainer repayment that was due 30 days after cancellation: "Thank you for coming back to me. Please rest assured that all options on how to accommodate your request have been considered. The company refunds retainers in fix payment runs which can not be changed. Your payment run is December 22 2023 and this will not be changed as there is no earlier payment run available. Even though I understand your points of view I am sorry to say that your comments have been reviewed again with the same outcome that we consider the advised payment run final. I can imagine that our resolution will leave you unhappy; however our position has not changed. Please consider this as our final resolution on this query.
