Complaint Regarding Regus Office Bookings in Durban

I am writing to formally lodge my complaints regarding the Regus office bookings I have been making at the Durban offices(Regus country club 101 isaiah Stamford hill Ntshangase) location since last year.

1. Firstly, it has come to my attention that I am required to book an additional room for my clients when using the facility, as I was told by the receptionist that they do not permit more than two clients to wait in the reception area. This policy was not communicated to me when I initially started booking the offices on a monthly basis.

2. Furthermore, I recently utilized a different Regus location in Durban (11 Walnut Road, Kingsmead), where I was also made aware of the same restriction regarding client seating.

3. My main concern pertains to the lack of transparency and discrepancy between the initial adverti*****t or information provided to me and the actual terms and conditions of usage. I feel misled and inconvenienced by this sudden change in policy.

4. Additionally, I have observed an increase in the prices of the services rendered, which adds to my dissatisfaction with the overall experience.

I appreciate your attention to these matters and kindly request a prompt resolution or clarification regarding the aforementioned issues. Clear communication and adherence to terms and conditions are essential in fostering a positive and mutually beneficial business relationship.
