Complaint

The company I work for hires an office from the the Richards bay Regus. Regus has a policy that if you bring a friend to also hire an office you get a gift card worth 2500. I did that and was even asked to give my details to the manager which I did. I waited for over 4 months but I was not given my gift card. Then I was told to call the regional manager which I did and she said she would sort it out. However when I tried to email her my emails stopped going through to her. I have sent emails and tried to call but with no assistance or gift card, this has been in a space of over 7 months
