BEWARE!!!

Nothing but a nightmare having to deal with this company the last year. Please be wary. Do not enter into a lease agreement with them.

Hidden costs, unilateral amendments to the contract, escalating costs. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone. They continue to debit my account with new “costs” despite paying them every last cent due.

They also will have access to debit your account at anytime which you cannot prevent.

Upon termination of your lease they charge you R4500 “restoration fees”. That’s the fee to clean and vacuum your office space when you leave. So glad I’m done with them (hopefully)
