Begging for my refund

Extremely difficult and frustrating dealing with Regus. For months I have been paying the monthly rental. Suddenly in Feb they debited my bank account as well. This has put Regus in credit and now trying to get them to refund me due the rent being paid double is an absolute nightmare. They can take your funds but when you require them to refund you one has to continually beg and plead. As of today I have still not been refunded. Also to note the bank charges due to this being an overseas company are quite costly. I have had to carry the charges for the double debit which in fact was not my fault. honestly would not recommend Regus to anyone.
