Automatic renewal clause - *********

Automatic renewal clauses that are ********* and *******, they will renew despite the consumer protection act. They merely send an email before expiry which was not seen by me instead of reverting to month to month as they should. According to the act the consumer can give 20 days notice, they don't care and renew for a year if you don't give 3 months notice. Their service and responses are also very poor and by the looks of things they don't bother responding on this page...says a lot. STAY AWAY!
