<p>We arrived at Regus Umhlanga, Durban at 8am with workshop to start 8h30.</p> <p>Firstly 15 people were sneezed in 12 seater boardroom. You could not move passed the person next to you if you wanted to go to the bathroom. </p> <p>Coffee for about 4 persons and staff with no idea what they were doing. Just shrugged their shoulders.</p> <p>Projector provided by Staff could not provide wiring to set it up. No audio in the room. </p> <p>No manager on site untill 8h45.</p> <p>Aircon did not work. Workman had to bring a tall ladder into tiny room at 9h00.</p> <p> </p> <p>Absolutely disastrous. I dread to see what lunch will be served.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
