9 months to get Regus deposit refunded.

Our company VCS left Spaces / Business centre in Rivonia at the end of Sept 2017. It is now May 2018 and we are still struggling to get our deposit. If we were late by one day in paying our monthly invoice they were all over us, but it OK to let a client wait for 9 months to get their deposit back. SHOCKING
