Ambiguous contract - be careful

The importance of reading and understanding the terms of agreement and/or any other document, before signing, can never be overstated; thus parties are afforded the opportunity to review the relevant documents and seek clarity on any ambiguous terms or areas of concern, prior to the conclusion thereof.  It is absolutely critical to emphasise that no party should ever enter into any agreement where clarity is lacking or where there are areas of concern, with particular reference to “offer and acceptance” as critical elements to the conclusion of a valid contract/agreement.   We are in full agreement with and in support of guidance to be sought. In fact, we encourage any person to not only seek legal guidance on contractual matters but on any other matter which may have a legal or material consequence; and we would equally encourage any person wishing to engage and/or conduct business with Regoapele Capital to do the same.  Our key business principle is to build long term partnerships with our people and the clients we serve, therefore treating persons fairly, with openness and transparency is one of our core fundamentals.
