SUPER SERVICE FROM LINDIE G - PROFESSIONAL AND WONDERFUL TO DEAL WITH

I signed up for web hosting on behalf of a client in February. I paid on his behalf but he has just disappeared and I cannot get hold of him. The monthly hosting invoice has arrived and needs to be paid but I cannot continue to pay for a service I am not using and money is owing to me. I sent an email explaining the situation and within 10 minutes received a call from Lindie who was super kind, professional and understood my position perfectly. She advised on the options and even directed me through the whole process online. I also received an email and follow up call to confirm the cancellation of the hosting. Super service and Lindie G is a fantastic employee.... will recommend them to everyone. Thank you again.
