Service not equal to Acceptable Usage Policy

I've been with Register Domain SA since 2017, their service has been good until this year when their replies from support became less friendly and more arrogant. I've read their terms and conditions on outset but when it comes to delivering a service that's helpful which does not require you to read their terms and conditions constantly, this is where they fall short.

Their Acceptable usage policy states: "Bulk commercial email, mailing lists and email reflectors are allowed on Register Domain servers after hours (18h00 - 06h00), we do however allow a maximum of 250 emails per hour per account". This is important for small businesses as sending invoices on a monthly basis is something small businesses do. The email account created on their servicers pulls through to a invoicing system and it will stop at 150 emails without notice - there is no notice of this on their webiste currently.

There is no call to action to inform you of the cap on sending emails within their hosting plan breakdowns. They state they allow 250 emails per hour per account but clients are cut off at 150 emails. When i asked the support consultant he told me "you are only able to send up to 150 emails per hour, surpassing this quota will lead to the suspension of your account" - which clearly clashes with what their "Acceptable Usage Policy" states. Then when I brought it up with the consultant, he said they will happily accommodate a client that needs to send emails but they are not a bulk mail service providers, which i understand.

BUT

If you pay for a product and service and you are constantly reminded to read their terms and conditions then your services need to reflect those terms and conditions without fail!
