Rumpus in the Register

<p>I have purchased a fully functional Internet Business fro SA Chamber of Entrepreneurs. The Domain Name Hosting is held by RegisterDomainSA. In a process to try and ligitimately transfer the Domain Name Hosting (only) to another IT provider for reasons of choice, a number of ZA Register porblems were encountered, being firtsly that the business info for WHOIS and ICANN were not in my name and the admin e-mail address critical to transfer requests was in fact dysfunctional. Furthermore "someone" tried to change the admin details for my business website, causing a critical delay for ZA Register/ WHOIS update right into the domain name annual renewal window. This matter needs to be resolved in the IT environment, please. 1. Who tried to change the admin details while the domain name account is with RegisterDomain SA, and caused a 5 day delay? 2. Why am I as the paying client now stuck while the domain name had now expired, the website is suspended and the domain name hosting transfer was delayed until after 15:00 today? Who is accounatble? Who is going to cover my costs, damages and losses? Who is going to untangle this mess in times when no-one can afford entrepreneurial disasters caused by the neglect of "professional" service providers and third paties who make their money, regardless?</p>
