So on Satutdau night at about 17h00 i bought a domain and hosting package from Register Domain SA , what the worst mistake of my life i obvioslu paid them imidiatley for the year as they requested , they send me the details how to setup email adresses and start with the website 04h00 the next morning Sunday morning i gave up after logging Support tickets for help i got 2 replys and not one of the two people gave me the correct advice , so Sunday Morning i get up at 08h00 after no sleep and calll around eventually finding an It Specialist in cape town great guy , he logged in wuth easy desk or some pacjkage like that he was online from abou 09h00 till 18h00 then he eventually asked me cant we go to a nother domain hosting comapny , i said yes by ths time i was fedup remmeber it costs me by the hour for this IT Specialist and i already paid Register Domain Sa , but i did it we whent to Xneelo , withing 30 inutes my domain was registered my emails was setup and working you could actually call a 24 hour call centre my landing page on my website was up this after it cost me thousands of rand in IT help , Data not to mention my own time spend the entire weekend which was no weekend at all to get this done , Register Domain Sa you guys are absolutely shocking , and you cant complain about service there is none , now the fight starts to get back money and all my costs yes never go to Domain Sa , Xneelo is the way to go
