Register Domain Incompetence

My email address and hosting has been out of action since September 2023, despite monthly payments being up to date and the domain having been renewed and paid. Connection to the server is consistently rejected and I am having to use my Gmail account to work with clients which is totally unprofessional.

I can provide all monthly proof of payments etc.

I have emailed, I have logged calls and I have tried to call several times. My husband has also tried.

Either Register Domain are *********** and *******, or they've closed down. No-one answers their phones at the Cape Town and Joburg offices.

If I do not have this matter rectified soonest as I am losing business, I will seek legal action. I have now had enough.
