Paid for Upgrade for Hosting, downgraded me instead!

I recently upgraded my hosting package to the PRO Package, and fortunately I kept snapshots the my server backend - they've reduced the Physical memory of my hosting packing from 1Gb to 128Mb! My website has literally become unusable with server timeouts at almost all times of day with 503 and 500 Server Errors.
