Matthew - Assisted without hesitation and went a step further

Initially not a great reason to call the company. Last year a client of mine wanted a unique domain name and i offered to assist as part of my services. I got the specific unique domain name and paid on his behalf but when i informed him, he did not repay me. Thus i cancelled the domain name and received an email from Register Domain SA to confirm cancellation. But i was not informed to delete the recurring payment for the annual hosting fee from the site. So come 1st of this month and a payment is deducted. I called spoke to Matthew from General enquiries who listened and said unfortunately the money cannot be refunded as it was paid directly to a third party from my bank but he could assist me with cancelling and deleting the recurring details on the site. He was very professional and i have chatted with my husband and we will set up our own website soon and guess who i will call for assistance this time, Matthew.
