IGNORE CANCELLATION REQUEST

I registered a web service and a domain as Register Domain SA appeared good in the web. I wanted to try developing an own web site but realised after registration that I do not have the experise. I immediately send them a request, vie their website as there is no email address, to cancel my subscrition immediately and send me a code to transfer the domain. After numerous emails NO reponse and the following deduction from my account was effected. I send three concurrent messages for cancellation but NO response. They do not have any other email address on their web site. How do I get them to cancel my subscription and send me a code to transfer my hosting name to me for a guy that can build my web site?
