Good support, sub-par server side resources

Hosing package - Support was swift in responding to my queries (not more than a couple of hours, even on the weekend) and tried to assist me in setting up my Wordpress site(which is not part of their services). I am aware that they are not a web development company, yet they attempted answering Wordpress-related questions with complete inaccuracy. Problem: I struggled to restore a backup from a different domain to my new website on their server and they made the false claim that the problem was related to the plugin and that it was not designed for that purpose. I had to get feedback directly from the plugin designer to prove their claims to be false. I then also had to prove that their server did not have sufficient resources to execute the aforementioned restore (which was also mentioned by the support engineer) in order for me to cancel my hosting plan with them. As many companies make use of Wordpress, I suggest that they become more clued up with this service before attempting to provide support in this area. I give them a 3 star rating for their service as I feel there is quite a bit of room for improvement especially with server-side limitations.
