I have to admit, I was a bit worried initially upon reading reviews of the customer support from Register Domain SA.

I was looking to transfer my domains from one provider to another as my old provider just wasn't working out for me. Having to constantly ask them to make updates for me and then waiting for them (sometimes for days) to respond, only to find out that they could not do what I asked for.

I said enough was enough, made up my mind to move. I found Register Domain SA. And I must say, most bad reviews on here regarding the support is complete nonsense. My experience (so far) has been brilliant with this company. The 2 times I requested assistance via their Online Ticket system, I received a response within a minute or two at the most. The responses were clear and informative and resulted in my concerns being resolved instantly.

I would just like to take this opportunity to thank the team at Register Domain SA. Thank you for your services and support especially during this pandemic. Keep it up.
