RWS POLOKWANE Extremely Bad service

It was supposed to be delivered on the 24th, but an update would be nice, let alone the excuses and lying about my customers phone being unavailable and that you won't deliver because the address is a school! Have you thought about that my customer is staying staying at cottages in school or she will not get the parcel because the school is closed and your drivers can't deliver early. The sad part is that this is the second time with this experience ☹️☹️

Another disappointment in the beg. The manager of RWS POLOKWANE promised that someone will call me first thing in the morning on Friday the 28th of this month, however no one called me, when i phone them, the receptionist keeps on transferring me to operaters who don't pick up their phones as usual again and again till your airtime get depleted. I have never had such Bad service experience in my life.

Your people from the branch phoned my customer and ask her why she is complaining, and they said they 'MIGHT' Deliver today or tomorrow and if they do the want my customer to meet them halfway because it is far. RWS POLOKWANE keeps on disappointing and they don't care about customers.
