Regional Wholesale services Upington absolute pathetic

I am a client of courier Guy and I am very satisfied with their services so far. I appreciate the fact that one can engage with a person and not a help desk "automate" on the other side. However, courier Guy has one weak chain in their logistics operations and that is Regional Wholesale services Upington. Parcels arrive at the Courier Guy Upington depo within the time frame but then it get's delayed when they use Regional Wholesale services as a 3rd party to service our area. Regional Wholesale services delivers parcels days after receiving it from the Courier Guy Upington depo. In this particular case the parcel was received on the Thursday. It is now Monday evening. Still now parcel. The RWS manager ensured me that the driver has the parcel with him and will at some time deliver. Then the RWS manager started complaining about her drivers and said they are ************* and that she is going to "fire" him. The other time another RWS driver arrived to collect a parcel. His vehicle was also used as a taxi and he had people in the front and in the back with the parcels. At other times the RWS driver arrives without any weigh bills. I have no proof of handing the parcels to him. In a separate incident the RWS Upington team "forgot" to give the parcel to main courier company and only after I started tracing the parcel someone at RWS Upington remembered about the parcel. It was lying in their office for 5 days. Can Courier Guy Upington PLEASE re-consider their 3rd party vendor.
