Poor Service, Poor Communication and lack of respect for customers

I have never experienced such bad service from an organisation. I have called through to this particular organisation 8 seperate times for them to promptly tell me they have "no idea when a parcel will be delivered" to placing me on hold indefintely and ultimately straight up no answering my calls. If it wasn't for another company referring me I would think that this company is a ****. It just seems like no one wants to deal with any customer queries or phone calls.
