POOR SERVICE FROM RWS!

The driver calls me from this company with my delivery I am expecting from Aramex, and asks me my delivery address. I inform him and then he tells me his not coming to my area and will give my parcel back to the office and hung up the call...

I don't know if it is covid causing courier services to be this unprofessional or if their business is just a fly by night.

Please be aware of this ****py company going forward
