Mr R Bruiners builder from 237 5th Avenue, Kraaifonteinl received R100 000.00 on the 06/09/2014 to complete the car port and entertainment area. The quoted jobs were stopped by the builder inspector due too lack of building plans. The approved plans we communicated to him. Documented meets were held and he promised to start the ptoject on 13/04/2015. No phone calls of apology were received. Several visits to his house were made. Only unfulfilled promises were made. Please assist me to retive my money, to complete my building project or expose this man to stop him *****ing again.
