Useless

I bought 2 items at your branch on the 12th June 2015. I lost my proof of purchase, I paid with my debit card. I would love to know if I can retrun it without presenting my proof of purchase which I cannot find. I then got the cavendish branch's number, which is where I purchased the items, only to find that the number does not exist. Why put it in the directory if it does not exist. Please get back to me as I would love to know if I can return the goods before I get there to only find out that I cannot have it refunded.
