Snookumus Electric breast Pump

I purchased electric breast pump on the 30/10/2015 Reggies, so I could supply milk to my baby in hospital.. The breast pump stop working yesterday, went in store to report the matter didn't get any joy they are refusing to give me the new item or my money back it not even been 7days of purchase. I'm not even happy with tool that was used in store to test the item if it works, My baby is fighting for his life in hospital. I bought Snookumus Electric breast Pump to make things easy for me and the baby. I cant believe Jenette can be so thick headed. I'm so disappointed for the service received at Reggies City View. I left the item at the store please tell me what should I do?
