Rude and ***********

Was buying something on Sunday and noticed a basket full of items with a sign stating hot deals. None of the items had reduced price stickers. Looked for someone to assist but two staff members were playing with a robot toy instead of assisting customers. After numerous attempts, they responded when their colleague at the till called them. When they came over, the attitude was as if we disturbed them. The woman was rude and just walked away while we were chatting. When I asked how much an item cost, the man advised me that I would have to take the item to the till to see and that some were not actually reduced but there in error - which they should have sorted instead of playing with the toys. I called for the manager and asked him why the items were not marked with a reduced price. He said that they are not allowed to put a reduced price sticker and the price on the item is the reduced price. By this time I had handed the teller an item marked for R49.90 and she told me that the reduced price is R29.90. So I told the manager that he was talking **** & that he should know what's going on in his shop. I said I will report this to h/o and he became aggressive claiming I swore at him
