Paying or Free??

I live 5 minutes away from Mall @ Carnival. A week ago I went to Reggies and ask about Xbox one, this is supposed to be my son's birthday present. On the 22 April 2016 I called the store and asked if they have stock of the Xbox. I told the Assistant that they must request stock as I want to collect, I made it clear that I will not be travelling to East Rand Mall (about 20km away) to get such. I also do not want to buy at any other store as I want my son's school to benefit through "My school programme"which is only through Reggies/Toyrus. I was informed that an order has been placed on Monday (25 April) and the console will be coming from Boksburg. I haven't received any call that it has been delivered, I tried calling but the phone was not being answered. I then decided to drop in as anyway I was around the mall. What I got was excuses and people on the other side saying they have packed up ready to go home. The manager of the store's phone was on voicemail. This is so ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am going to pay for this and CASH on the spot!!! Its disgusting that a business treats their income like this.
