Pathetic service at Reggies

<p>I bought a ferrari stroller at Reggies now it is giving me problems because it does not close properly. I hv to struggle when at the mall. I took it to Reggies in Worcester and the manager said he cant help me and they dont stock that type. Patricia who was working there and sold me the 3 in 1 no longer works there. I hv no receipt because my stuff burnt down with the flat. I hv tried to take it to other places when i realised that the manager was not getting back to me and i am referred back to Reggies. I hv a new born baby and in need of the stroller. It was quiet expensive and i believe it would still b under warranty at ferrari.</p> <p>I am very disapointed as this was over a month and a half ago since i hv been waiting.</p>
