No Response....Bad quality of nappies

I had logged a complaint regarding the quality of the premium care nappies on the website against Procter and Gamble SA but I have had no feedback to date.I had noticed recently that the nappy now has different pictures on it so I figured the product just had a new look.I did not expect the quality to be poor, with the old premium care it had a 12 hour longer lasting now when my daughter urinates it leaks through onto her pants and goes as far up as her back. I have been using this nappy for 2 years and this is my first experience, I have logged a complaint but had no response so hopefully the place that I bought it from can resolve this issue with their supplier as the quality really has dropped and has become very poor. This is not acceptable as these are our kids and we don't expect to be spending tons of money to provide them with the best only for this to happen, Its very un-hygienic and can cause an infection.
