I WAS YOUR CUSTOMER

We are regular customers at Reggies and purchase thousands of rands of products from them every month. We however made the mistake of purchasing to much pampers for the newborn as she grew a lot faster then we expected. We took it back to the store to swop it for a bigger size but they refused to swop it as we had misplaced the till slip. Being refused is one thing but to add insult to injury is another. How does he know it was purchased from their store, the manager asked? In other words, indirectly calling me a lier to my face after I told him I bought the nappies from them. If this is the way in which you are conducting business these days then i will gladly take my business elsewhere. You definitely won't be seeing me again.
