Good Day Toysrus/Reggies

Can I kindly get an assistance/exchange with one of your products.

Me & Partner had a baby shower on the 12 August and we got three of the same thing, they are all from Toysrus mind you I am a big fan & shopper of Toysrus however the guys that bought the present do not have receipt anymore and they are saying they bought them at Toysrus Wonder-park however I went to Wonder-park mall to just change the toys as I can't have three of the same thing but the manager there didn't assist me very well with attitude even gave me the customer service number which I feel as manager you need to understand your customers especially if the customer always buys from you guys however I left the store with nothing! so now I need an assistance with the store that can exchange the toys for me and give me other toys for my son. I do not want any money or any voucher but I need something different.
