your client admits 100% to causing accident yet you wont pay all.also your repair agent can't do repair properly

Your client crossed two lanes on the highway(from the fast lane all the way across to the slow lane)Where he smashed in to the right rear end of our car.He was looking behind him and not in front of him as he was trying to make the off ramp that was coming up.He gave a statement about this and has never denied being 100% the cause of the accident.Yet you say you are only going to offer 80% of damages that was caused.

I also provided you with 2 quotes from respected repair companies, but you insisted that i take it for a quote to your repair agent.I did that and he quoted half of what the other guys did.I found this to be strange. So i phoned him and ask him how is he planning on repairing my car for that price to the state it was prior to the accident because the other guys quoted to cut out and replace the damged panel with a new one.He told me that he was just going putty it up and spray over it.I told him that is a pathetic way to repair as the putty would be very thick,He then said yes but they cannot cut out the panel, they only replace or body putty over it.They would have to get a third party involved to do that and it would change his quote significantly. How can you insist i use your repair agent but he cant even do the repair correctly. When i told him about cutting out the panel your own repair agent said yes that is a much better repair than what he was planning. So he was planning on doing a back yard mechanic type of repair yet you insist i use him.How can i trust him with my car after that.

You keep trying to force me to claim through my insurance company.Your client pays his account and i am sure that he expects you to pay When he is the cause of the accident.I would be appauled if i caused a accident and than my insurance tries to blame the innocent party to pay 20% of the cost.your argument is that we should have seen him and avoided the accident.Well your client drove reckless by looking behind him to his blindspot while crossing lanes,he was not looking in front of him as he was supposed to.If we tried to watch him we would have had to look to our blind spot because that is the angle he approuched from.So in order for us to watch him we would have had to be doing exactly what he was doing when he caused the accident.Too some it up for you.Your are saying we should drive as reckless as your client in order to avoid the accident.Seriously how do you even come up with such a argument. This has gone so far that i am looking to get some legal advise to take your client to court and just sort the whole thing out there.I wish to have this matter resolved but wil not be bul**** by you because you are some big insurrance company.Honestly why should i claim from my insurrance when i was not at fault.Call me and lets resolve this matter. You say your offer of 80% is fair, but fair for who!!!!!!!!!Not me.You are saving .Also dont see how it is fair to your client. Are you going you going to return 20% of his payments that he made.No No. you are the only party benefiting from that arrangement. This is the first post on hello peter and wil post again and again and again until you respond and talk to me,Next i wil post on your website and facebook page till you answer me and we resolve this matter.

K****tso lekala ( ********** )can give you all the details required to resolve this matter as we have been talking via email and phone calls for 4 months now.

Thank you leon hattingh
