You just need to keep paying with Regent
I have been with Regent for several years and not had a single claim. I now have a hail damage claim and I need the car hire benefit that I pay for monthly. I am told I need to pay R1500 deposit before anything. So on top of my premiums and the excess, I must now pay a deposit for the benefit that I pay monthly. Its January and I do not have excess money lying around to pay for something you are lent to believe is covered. I have not received policy documents for years each time that my premium increases. I will definitely be changing insurance, your car hire \benefit"that you pay for is a farce"""

Thank you for bringing your concern to our attention.
We have contacted you to advise that the deposit requested is that of the rental company and not a Regent Insurance fee.
