Wrong Title
I have had Policy with regent for 3years. I have received a letter from them saying my policy is in arrears due to non -receipt for the monthly premium . Yet regent has a stop order with me. On the letter my title is incorrect for example Mr P Mkhize instead of Miss P Mkhize. In the long run it will give me problems if i want to claim.
