Worst Claim Service Ever Received

Called Regent customer care center, and I was bounced around at 5 times with seemingly nobody knowing who should be helping me. In a 10 minute called, i probably spoke to an actual human for less than 10 minutes. I have never been so frustrated by a customer center in my whole life.
