WORSE INSURANCE COMPANY!
After calling them to inform them of an emergency situation, they kept telling us that our matter has been processed and escalated and then they rep**** only AFTER 8 DAYS!!!!!!!!!! to tel us that they can't assist us. They have abandoned us, their customer services has no professionalism, we will never consider REGENT as a trusted insurance company. They don't even deserve 1 star!
