Wont help me resolve my issue

I Signed a contract with Regent to ensure me for shortfall if my vehicle is written off. Now that I need to make a claim apparently my policy is closed and they have never been paid. I had a phone conversation with a regent employee who stated that a few months ago and I explicitly asked them to continue with the cover as I would like it. <br> <br> I have now had the phone put down on me 4 times while trying to sort this out and Im getting no resolution.
