VERY UNHAPPY

I had the bad experience with regent, you call their claims department , they put you on hold for 25 minutes ,then suddenly the call get dropped, I call again wait for another 30 minutes, again the my call gets dropped, now I am frustrated, because I have been calling *** for past two months no response... I want to claim for funeral and 1st time claiming I struggled for 5months before getting paid I even went to their office in centurion now they moved... I need assistance as soon as possible.. we cant be paying the policy and struggle when we want to claim
