Very poor service

I cancelled an insurance policy on 3 September 2015 and was told by Elizabeth that the policy had been cancelled but payment had not been received as yet and as soon as payment was made then either myself or Wesbank would be refunded. I have sent further emails requesting a status update but Elizabeth NEVER replies and NEVER returns my phone calls. Surely after nearly 3 weeks somebody should know what is going on.
