Useless at paying out a car written off

<p>Paid all the premiums up to date etc. Car was written off in an accident and Regent is now procrastinating with the payout for the car. They're wanting to go through a recovery from the person responsible for the accident etc. </p> <p>They did not request payment for the excess, which we would gladly pay if it means we get the payout quicker but they haven't given us the option.</p> <p>I was warned about Regent but I thought they couldn't be that bad.... they're actually worse! SHOCKING BAD SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!</p>
