Unreliable insurance

3 weeks later insurance still passing me from pillar to post. No clear indication as to by when will my vehicle be repaired. Am suprised mercedes benz dealers still work with such unprofessional ******

I got an accident, i called them and their lines were busy and promised to get to me and never did. Walked myself through a hedious claim process, since their assessor assessed my car am still chasing them to this day asking about status of my claim, all i get is lucas went for lunch, left for the day, manager is not at work and i never get a call back. No option to escalte the matter on their switch board
