Ad-cover taken out never implemented and cancelled a month later unbeknown to me. Not a phone call nothing. Have since called them 1/2 doz times and each time they looking into it and never get back to me. Now need the adcover due to car written off and they not interested. Worst worst company I have ever had to deal with. Not surprising reading all the complaints. Think carefully before taking any insurance with them.
