Unpaid investment payout

I had an investment policy with them which was going to mature in 2021 April. In 2019 June I requested the maturity date. They send me a copy of the policy. November 2019 I requested the status of the policy. Boom to my surprise I'm told that the policy has lapsed. I requested an explanation but was given none untill now.

The big issue is they are sitting with my investment money. The policy states what I'm suppose to get but they are not paying up. I have complained to the ombudsman 3 times no help was given. All I want is for them to pay my money. I don't need explanations anymore. I have lost faith with insurances. I also had a funeral cover for my family. It's gone as well.

I also discover that regent is part of hollard. The fight is on.
