******** Deduction

I don't even know where to start. In September/October of 2019, a Regent Rep came to my workplace, did a presentation, thereafter, I decided to take ONE investment policy. I was shocked when I received my salary slip and discovered that there are TWO policies deducted from my salary, includsive of a funeral policy which I did not apply nor sign for.

To make matters worse, I have tried to contact Regent on numrous occasions but I was sent from pillar to post and asked to send in the same documents more than twice but the policies were not cancelled. They initially debited one premium in October 2019. From November, they began debiting two premiums and that's where I started my complaints process but much to my dismay, they have continued to take my money ********ly, to date. I am at my wits' end. I call it ******** because I have asked to see where I have signed for the second policy but I obviously have not received any proof as there is none.
