UnAuthorised Access to MY BANK ACCOUNT

1st REGENT increased my premiums 3 times in one month for making ONE claim of R3000. I had NEVER claimed and had paid ALL my premiums for over 3 years to this company. The FIRST time I claim for a simple bumper scratch that happened at a parking lot in my absence, and they increased my premium 3 times in one month, pushing it to DOUBLE what I was paying at the time of the claim. This was not even an accident caused by me as I was not there, and was CLEARLY NOT because of negligence on my side to justify their premium increase. So I was being punished for making ONE CLAIM. Seems with this company, you may pay your premiums but are NOT ALLOWED TO CLAIM. So, I CANCELLED this nonsense insurance that PENALIZES its members for claiming ONE TIME after paying for NOTHING for 3 years. I called them in DEC and cancelled in person as I didn't want stories that they did not receive my cancellation or any nonsense like that. They clearly informed me it was cancelled. To My Suprise or Maybe NOT REALLY, this company of ******* went to my account this month AGAIN and took an UNAUTHORISED amount of money. This is AFTER cancellation and since they already have my bank account number, they went in WITHOUT MY PERMISSION and took money.
