Unable to get feedback on claim submitted

I have a policy where minor scratches and dents on my vehicle are covered. I had an incident last week and have had to submit a claim. I have completed the claim form, got the quotations and photos and submitted to Busi Kunene last Friday. I was told I would be contacted by Monday on the progress of the claim. Nothing happened on Monday. Today I have tried calling to get progress. I have been given 9 different numbers already. Whenever I call, I am transferred to someone else and half the time the call gets cut off or I am given another number the other half of the time.<br> I have had no reply from Busi through email on my claim.<br> Can someone please tell me what is going on with regards to my claim. This is absolutely pathetic !!!
