Third party claim

I was involved in an accident on Thursday 7 May 2015 with a combi that rammed into me in the morning while I was dropping my children to school. The owner of the combi is insured with Regent and accepted liability.<br> I want to know how to lodge a third party claim with Regent.<br> I have the combi's registration number, details of the owner and company, license disc and accident report number.<br> However the lady did not give me her policy number.<br> Please advise as my car is at panel beaters and they are awaiting third party claim approval for repairs.<br> Meanwhile my children have not been able to go to school because I do not have transport.<br> <br> Please help.<br> Maggie<br>
