They *****ing my money every month end for insurance I don't know

<p>March this year an urgent called me while I was at work telling me about the scratch and dents insurance which is R56 per Month for 2 years then I agreed on it, come month end of March they debited R56+R350 something then I went to Nedbank to ask about that R350 something cause it was included on my car installment I couldn't reverse it they told me I should call MFC Nedbank which I did that, they told I joined the Protectional Plan Policy which I don't know anything about the policy then I told them to cancel they told me to call Regent insurance which I did that to cancel the policy but they never do that the only thing is to debit the money month end till today they never cancel the insurance actually they enjoy *****ing my money it's been 4th Month now just imagine R350 something for 4 months without my knowledge it's too much for something that I don't even have the contract of it, I've been calling them every month after debiting to cancel but they just enjoying *****ing my money Regent insurance and MFC Nedbank BAD SERVICE </p>
